The newest Jiobit Smart Tag offers better cellular coverage (LTE-M coverage), better battery life, greater accuracy and timeliness of notifications, as well as new accessories. We are happy to provide a discount on a new Jiobit device when you upgrade by August 1, 2022.

Whether you choose to upgrade or not, rest assured that you will not be charged any subscription charges for your first-generation Jiobit in the month of July. Our team has refunded any July subscription charges for your first-generation Jiobit back to you.
You may also cancel your subscription without any penalties, and we will provide a prorated refund on any unused portion of your prepaid subscription, if applicable. We will be canceling all subscriptions for first-generation Jiobits on August 1, 2022.
