Tile Refund Policy
We get it, sometimes things don't work out as expected. Tile guarantees that if, within the first 30 days after delivery of the device you purchase on Tile.com, you are not fully satisfied with your device, we will accept the return of the device and issue you a refund of the purchase price, subject to the terms of this Refund Policy. If you need to make a return, it needs to be done by the person who originally made the purchase. All Tiles purchased in the transaction must be in their original condition, and with the original receipt and packaging. Refunds need to be done within 30 days of the delivery date, and Tile will exchange it or provide a full refund back to the original form of payment. This policy applies only to products purchased directly from Tile.
