Is My Orders account in Scalefast the same as my Tile account?
No, those are two separate accounts. Tile has partnered with Scalefast to provide a seamless checkout experience. If you have questions about your Tile account, feel free to use the Search box at the top of this page to find the answer to your question. For example, if you wish to upgrade your Tile subscription, type "Upgrade" in the search box, then press Enter.
