Verifying your Order
Welcome to our guide to verifying your purchase! We hope that with our help, you will be able to verify your order in a timely manner. Please bear in mind that this is a one-time request and in future orders you will not be required to do it again. All of your future orders will be prioritized for validation.
When orders are processed, some may be flagged for further verification, mainly because our systems might have noticed something unusual in the transaction.
These are the steps to verifying your order:
Once the payment platform has validated your purchase, your order might still need further Scalefast verification. The following will be displayed, and you should request the verification code to be sent to your mobile phone via SMS.
Once you have verified your order via SMS and it requires further verification by our team, we will send you an email with subject line “Your order is awaiting confirmation” while our Payment and Billing team continue to look into it. They will check your order and send you an email requesting more information if needed.
Additional information is needed to validate your order.
This is most likely due to (but not limited to) unclear personal information (using an unusual name / address etc), high purchase amount, a payment method considered risky by payment services, repetitive purchasing, or purchasing from a different country to where the payment method is registered.
We will request a form of ID. If you do not want to provide either a photo of your card or your ID, please contact our Customer Service Team by clicking below on 'submit a request’ and provide an explanation as to why you want to purchase this product and we will gladly validate the order for you.
If you want to track the status of your order and you signed up for My Orders, login to My Orders and click on 'Order History'. You will be able to see your order, but its status will be 'Pending Validation' until it has been approved.
If you are having any issues receiving your confirmation email, please make sure you have added our address into your “Address Book”, to make sure our emails are not blocked or sent to the Junk or Spam folder:

This is the most likely reason you are having difficulties receiving our emails.
If you signed up for My Orders, you can check the status of your order by logging it to My Orders and clicking on 'Order History'.
When the order is created, we will send you a confirmation email.
If your order needs to be validated via SMS you must do so during the checkout process, please follow instructions.
If your order is validated we will send you an order confirmation email, including your order details.
Lastly, if further validation is required, our customer care team will contact you.
Once you have gone through the last stage of your order process and you click on Order Now, a confirmation message will appear stating that your payment option has been approved.
If your order has to be verified via our Mobile SMS verification system, a message will pop-up prompting verification.
Click on the link and it will open the SMS verification interface, please make sure to select the correct country especially if you are purchasing from a country different from the one you selected in your address.
Once it has been requested, you will receive a confirmation code via SMS. Enter the code as instructed and if the code is correct, your order will be validated. If it is incorrect please double check your mobile phone number and click on retry.

Are payments secure?
Yes, all information sent to the payment service providers is encrypted and protected with the latest SSL technology. This guarantees the secure transmission of sensitive information.
Moreover, we do not store any payment information on our servers. Please note that transactions will appear as “Scalefast” on your bank statement.
