How can I delete all My Orders information?
In order to completely delete My Orders, please contact our Customer Service Team by clicking below on 'submit a request’. Please note the only information we retain will be the list of transactions you have made on our site.We will delete all your personal order information, except for proof of transactions we have had for your purchases.

Can I change My Orders information later?
Yes, you may change the personal information in My Orders at any time. For orders which you have already placed, you cannot change order information.
Can I share My Order details with someone?
For safety and personal reasons, you should never provide your My Orders login information with any third party. Divulging your My Orders information to others may allow them to gain access to your saved personal order information (notably saved payment methods) without your consent.
Please note that you agree to the terms of creating one My Order login.
Sharing your My Order details constitutes an infringement to our terms of sale.

My shipping address is not the same as my billing address. How can I update that?
You may change your shipping address at any time by logging in to 'My Orders' and selecting 'Shipping Address'. For orders which you have already placed, you cannot change order information.
Who can sign up for My Orders?
You must be 16 years of age or older to sign up, and 18 years of age or older to place an order on our website. Minors require parent/guardian approval for either registration or purchase. We invite you to read our terms of sale for further information.
Do I need to provide personal information to sign up for My Orders?

If you are experiencing trouble creating a login for My Orders, please refresh your page and try again, or try again at a later time. You may also switch to another internet browser and verify there is no specific software on your computer preventing our website from running properly. Can I checkout as a guest when purchasing Tile products?
Yes, use the 'Checkout as Guest' option after adding the item to your cart and none of your personal information will be saved for later access in My Orders.
How can I reset my password for My Orders?
If you have forgotten your password for My Orders, please select Forgot Password on the sign in page. On the next page, select 'CAN'T ACCESS MY ORDERS?' and enter your email address. Follow the steps to reset your password.
