Support for Facebook login is removed for iOS (Apple) users starting with v2.64. To continue using the Tile app without interruption, please set a password for your account.
Will this affect all Tilers with a Facebook login?
No, this will only impact iOS (Apple) users. Android, Web, and Desktop users can continue to login with Facebook.
How can I set a password for my account?
- On the login screen, tap on the “Used to use Facebook?” button.
- Next, type the email address you use to login to Facebook.
- Last, tap on “Send” to receive a link to set a new password.
I tapped on “Send”, but never received an email from Tile. What should I do?
Please check to make sure the email was not incorrectly sent to the spam/junk folder in your inbox. If you’ve changed your Facebook email since you signed up for Tile, please try the previous email address you used.
I’m already logged in and I got a prompt asking me to set a password. Should I proceed?
Yes. Moving forward, you will need to have a password associated with your account to login to Tile on iOS.
Do I have to change my email address?
Nope! Your email can remain the same.
