Will this affect all Tilers with a Facebook login?
No, only for those using the Tile app with an iOS (Apple) device. Android users will not be affected.
How will I be able to change my account password?
The next time you open the Tile app, you will be prompted to type in a new password. Don’t have time to change your password? No worries. You can skip the prompt and the app will remind you later.
Can I change my password on my own, or only when the app prompts me?
Changing the password on your own is quick and easy. Simply go to the Tile app, tap the Settings icon, and select Change Password.
Do I have to change my email address?
Nope! Your email will still be the same you use for your Facebook account.
