As a Tile Premium or Premium Protect subscriber, you can retrace your Tile’s location from the last thirty days.
How do I see my location history?
- In the Tile app, select the Tile for which you want to view the location history.
- Scroll down to and select Location History.
- A map and list of location updates from the last 30 days appears.
How do I get directions to a location listed in my location history?
- Tap the location you want to get directions to.
- Tap the arrow at the top right corner of the screen.
How many days of location history will I see?
If you have been a Premium or Premium Protect subscriber for more than 30 days, you will be able to see locations from the last 30 days. If you are not a Premium or Premium Protect subscriber, your Tile app will display the Last Place Seen.
I shared my Tile with someone. Will they be able to see my Tile’s 30-day location history?
No, that is for your eyes only. If you share your Tile with someone, that person will only be able to see your Tile’s Last Place Seen.
Why is my Tile’s location history missing some locations?
The Tile app can only record locations when your Tile is within Bluetooth range of your device or within range of another Tile user’s device.
For iOS devices, the Tile app needs to be running in the background to record locations. If your Tile app is running in the background but is not recording locations send us a text using Premium Customer Care (for Premium and Premium Protect subscribers) so we can assist you.
As a Premium or Premium Protect subscriber, can I disable the Location History feature while keeping other Premium or Premium Protect features?
