Tile Premium Cancellation
How can I cancel my subscription?
It depends on where you signed up for Tile Premium!
If you signed up within the Tile app via iTunes:
You must cancel your subscription from within your smartphone or tablet settings. Apple provides a quick and easy guide that walks you through how to view and cancel active subscriptions, including Tile Premium. Simply click here for further details.
If you signed up from Google Play Store. follow these steps:
- On your Android phone or tablet, open the Google Play Store .
- Tap the Menu button at the top of the screen, then tap Subscriptions in the sidebar that appears.
- Tap the subscription you want to cancel.
- Tap Cancel subscription.
- Follow the onscreen instructions.
If you signed up for Tile Premium from Tile’s website:
If you purchased directly from our website, www.tile.com, you can log in to your Tile account dashboard to cancel. Our Customer Care team is also happy to help make changes to your subscription. Simply click here to get started.
What happens when I cancel my subscription?

Keep in mind….
If you cancel a monthly subscription, you will have access to Tile Premium for the remainder of the month, and will not be charged again at the end of the monthly billing cycle. If you cancel a yearly subscription, you will have access to Tile Premium for the remainder of the year, and will not be charged again at the end of the yearly billing cycle. Please note you will not receive a refund for the monthly or yearly subscription fee you’ve already paid, and you will not be eligible for another free trial as they are for first-time subscribers only.
Can I skip months?
With a Yearly subscription, you cannot skip months, but if you subscribe to Tile Premium’s monthly plan, you can cancel your subscription and then re-subscribe whenever you are ready. You can subscribe either through the Tile app, or on our website.
