We’re glad to see you’re ready to get your hands on Tile! If you received the message “Oops, something went wrong” after submitting your payment information via Amazon Pay, it may be one of the following reasons:
- The billing address you've entered is incorrect
- The credit card submitted is associated with another Amazon account
- You have an email ID that Amazon determined does not exist. For example, firstname.lastname@example.org is tied to your Amazon account, but email@example.com is not in their records
- If several orders from the same Amazon account are submitted using a credit card that is repeatedly declined, Amazon may have blocked your credit card for security purposes
