How do I add a Tile to my account?
Welcome to the Tile Community! Before you add a Tile, make sure you have the latest version of the Tile App on your phone or tablet. Happy Tiling!
- Open the Tile app on your smartphone or tablet
- Tap the + on the top left corner of your screen
- On the Add a Device page, choose Tile (For Tile Partner products, follow the prompts on your device)
- Press the button on your Tile device and listen for the tune
- Hold the Tile close to your device until they connect, it should take about ten seconds
That is all! Your Tile is now connected to your device!
You can test your new Tile by pressing Find on your device. Your Tile will then ring to show a successful connection!
How do I enable my mobile device as a Tile?
- Open the Tile app on your smartphone or tablet
- Tap the gear icon on the top right corner of your screen
- Scroll down to "Show Phone in Tile list" and toggle it on
Your phone should now have its own Tile card on your app.

How can I ring my phone?
There is no need to attach a Tile to your mobile device! Simply press the Tile button twice on any of your activated Tiles, and your phone will ring if it's within Bluetooth range.
