Standard Return and Refund Policy
- Tile can only refund orders placed directly through our website. If you purchased your Tile(s) through another party (like Amazon.com), contact them for return instructions.
- You can return your Tile for a refund within 30 days from the day you received your Tile shipment.
- The order must be returned in good condition with its original packaging.
- Partial returns are not eligible for refund (example: If you ordered 4 Tiles, you must return all 4 Tiles to receive a refund).

To return your order
- Select the Chat with Us button on this screen.
- Follow the prompts to be connected with an agent.
- Our Customer Care team will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) along with instructions on how to return your order.
- When you are ready to return your order, we recommend using a shipping service that is able to track shipments (i.e., USPS, UPS, or FedEx) so that you are able to track your shipment. Just a reminder, Tile is not responsible for shipping costs associated with the return order. Note: The return can be shipped Ground, Priority shipping is not required.
- Once the return is processed and approved, a confirmation email will be sent to you with information on when you should expect your refund.
- Your refund will be returned to your original form of payment.
