How do I change my account password?
You can change your account directly through the Tile app:
- Open the Tile app
- Tap the Settings icon on the top right corner of the screen
- Under your email address display, select Change Password and follow the in app directions

I requested a password reset but haven't received an email. Why is that?
If you have requested your password and have not yet received the email, please review the following steps:
Check your Junk/Spam folder
Do a search for "firstname.lastname@example.org" in your inbox
Sometimes, emails will be filtered into an unintended folder.
Add the thetileapp.com domain to your email's list of "Safe Senders"
In an effort to prevent/reduce unwanted emails, some email services will recommend that you add trusted senders to a list, to ensure that you only get the mail you want.
If you have just added our domain, thetileapp.com, to your "Safe Sender" list, please use the "forgot password" option again.
If you completed the steps above and haven't received an email within 30 minutes, please contact our support team here.
