If you’re standing right next to your Tile with the app open and they just won’t connect, here are a few ways to get them connected again.
Make sure your phone and your app are updated to the latest version. These updates frequently resolve technical issues, because they improve general performance and reliability.
If updating to the latest version didn’t solve the problem, follow the steps below to refresh Bluetooth on your device.
- Restart your device.
- Turn your Bluetooth back on and reopen the Tile app.
- It could take up to 2 minutes for your Tile to reconnect.
For 2018 Tile models or older: if the Bluetooth refresh doesn't work, reboot your Tile by pressing and holding on to the Tile button for 10 seconds.
