How do I change my email address?
Currently, our team is working on a simpler way for you to be able to change the email account associated with your account. While we work on a secure way to do so, please follow the directions below to change your email address:
- Create a new account with the email address you wish to use.
- Transfer your Tile(s) from your old account to your new account
- Finally, contact customer care and request deletion of your old account.
I Just placed an order. How do I change my email address associated with my order?
If you’d like to update the email associated with your Tile order, please email us at team@thetileapp.com with your request.
Please include the following information in your email:
- Order ID number
- Email address associated with your previous order
- New email address
