Change your Tile account email address
- Create a new account with the email address you wish to use.
- Transfer your Tile(s) from your old account to your new account.
- Contact our Customer Care team and request deletion of your old account.
Change the email address associated with your order
If you just placed an order for Tiles and you’d like to update the email address associated with the order, select the Submit a ticket link on this page and include the following information:
- Order ID number
- Email address associated with your previous order
- New email address
