Can I change my shipping address after I already placed my order?
We aim to process your order request as soon as possible. Once you know you need to change your shipping address, please contact us via live chat immediately so that we can see if we can catch your package before it is shipped.
Frequently, in the case of a minor typo, the post office can catch it and re-route your order to the correct address. If it is a completely different address, contact us and we will help you resolve this as quickly as possible!
How do I make sure the shipping address connected to my account is up to date?
You can update your shipping address on the Tile website by clicking this link here. You can also log in to your Tile account on the Tile website and update it manually by following these steps:
- Log into your account at www.thetileapp.com
- Hover over your 'Welcome' tab on the top right corner (next to the 'Shop Tiles' button)
- Click on 'Account Overview'
- Click 'Edit' next to the address displayed.
