If your device is not connecting to your Tile, check the following on your device:
- Bluetooth is switched on
- Location settings are set to On
- Latest version of operating system
- Latest version of the Tile app
For Tile models 2018 or older, you can reboot your Tile by pressing and holding down the button on the Tile for 10 seconds.
Green Find button is missing
If the green Find button for your Tile is missing, it means your Tile is not within Bluetooth range of your device. Once your Tile is within range, the Find button will automatically pop up.
If your Tile is within range and it's still not connecting, try these additional troubleshooting steps.
